If you book a conference, meeting or event with us, you can always cancel the event for free until four weeks before arrival. If cancel later than four weeks before arrival, the customer will reimburse the hotel with 75% of the value of the booking. If canceled later than two weeks before the group’s first day of arrival, the customer will reimburse the hotel with 100% of the value of the booking.
For food and drink, the number of participants can be adjusted completely until 11:00 three days before the start of the event. For accommodation in connection with a conference, the following applies:
Up to 14 days before arrival, up to five hotel rooms can be canceled free of charge. Until 18:00 the day before arrival, up to two hotel rooms can be canceled free of charge.
The restaurant, Belgobaren Moules & Beer, serves all food and beverages during the conference. Here you will enjoy well-prepared food with Belgian influences. The speciality of Belgobaren is organic mussels from Sweden’s West Coast, cooked according to Belgian tradition.
Common allergies such as gluten and lactose or if someone wants a vegan or vegetarian alternative needs to be notified no later than three days before arrival. We need to know complicated allergies and any special diets no later than one week before arrival. Please contact us if you have any questions och requests.
We have a hotel garage which costs SEK 300 a day.

We are more than happy to welcome you in the evenings and on weekends. This can be a good alternative if you want to keep the meeting in privacy.
The customer can choose to book all participants themselves or we can reserve a certain number of rooms so the participants can call in and register if they want a hotel room.
We offer free WiFi throughout the hotel and conference. Select the network called Freys Meetings. A pop-up appears where you can log in with your Facebook, Google or via phone number (only for Wifi on the phone). You can also choose to log in with a code – please ask if you need any assistance and we will be happy to help.
Most meeting rooms have standard windows with generous light, some of the rooms have skylights which also provide a nice light in the room.
We have daily meetings to evaluate the latest updates on the development of Covid-19 and we follow strict guidelines and recommendations from the Public Health Authority.
The most important thing in this situation is to prioritize the health and safety of our guests. The hotel is open as usual but due to prevailing circumstances we have adjusted the reception’s opening hours – to 07.00-15.00. Will you arrive outside the opening hours? Please contact us, we will be happy to assist.
Check-in is as usual at the reception and there is a perspec-screen between guest and receptionist to minimize contact. There are floor markings to remind to keep your distance from other guests and minimize the risk of congestion. Our room keys are thoroughly cleaned and staff wash hands frequently.

Yes, our popular breakfast buffet is served every morning. We work actively to ensure that there is no congestion at the buffet and there is also marking on the floor to remind to keep your distance. The selection of breakfast may vary due to prevailing circumstances. If the hotel only has single guests, breakfast is served at the table and you order directly from the breakfast staff.
You will find distancing floor markers to remind our guest and staff to keep distance, to minimize the risk of getting too close to someone else. Elevators have signs to limit the number of people traveling at the same time.
Extended cleaning, eg extra careful cleaning of handles, knobs and other contact surfaces. Disinfection is available in all public areas and meeting rooms as a complement to hand washing
We have taken a number of different measures to ensure that you and your meeting participants continue to feel safe and secure with us.

Coffee breaks can be served in the meeting room or in private space on the conference floor. On warm nice days we can also serve coffee on the terrace.
The conference lunch is always served at the table in the restaurant and can also be served in the meeting room or in a private space if desired.
The chefs and restaurant staff use plastic gloves when appropriate.
The dining tables are disinfected after each guest.
Desinfection is available for all guests in the restaurant.
We are upgrading to a larger meeting room if available.
We offer video conferencing solutions so participants can also participate remotely. (Needs to be pre-booked)
No, you need to have a confirmed reservation on arrival. Bookings are made directly with our room reservations or here on our site. The opening hours are, weekdays 8.00- 16.30. Please contact us on 08-506 214 00 or at email@example.com.
We accept most payment cards. Please contact reception on +46 (0)8-506 215 00 if you wish to confirm your card is accepted.
Yes you can, but our exchange rate is not as good as at a bureau de change. We can only give change in SEK, so we would prefer you to pay in SEK or by card.
We have a luggage room for guests to use free of charge. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any valuables stored in our luggage room.
No we don’t. However, you are welcome to order takeaway from the restaurant if you’d like to eat in your room.
Our breakfast buffet is served Monday–Friday 07:00–10:00 and Saturday–Sunday 07:30–10:30. If you would like an earlier breakfast, please notify reception the evening before. Note: Regular breakfast hours do not apply in the summer and on public holidays. Please contact reception for more information.
Prices are about SEK 500–600, depending on the taxi firm. For assistance booking a taxi, please contact reception.
All guests must be 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.
Rådmansgatan is the closest station (on the Green line). We recommend disembarking towards the back of the train. If you have a lot or heavy bags, we recommend going right on Sveavägen and then onto Tegnérgatan. Carry on to Drottninggatan and take a right, and then take a left onto Rådmansgatan. There is a shorter route but it includes stone steps. For the shorter route go left out of the metro station and up the steps, and then carry straight on along Rådmansgatan until you get to Hotel Lilla Rådmannen.
What’s the easiest way to get to the hotel?
From Stockholm Central Station: On foot it’s easiest to walk along Vasagatan towards Norra Bantorget, into Upplandsgatan and then right onto Rådmansgatan. If you’re on public transport, take the metro Green line to Rådmansgatan
We have a hotel garage. The rate is SEK 300/day and the garage is open 07:00–23:00. There is also street parking which is paid on weekdays 07:00–19:00 and Saturdays 11:00–17:00, and free at all other times.

Our rooftop terrace is on level 6 in the same building as the entrance. The lift takes you to level 5, and you then take the stairs up to the rooftop terrace. Use your room key for access.
