More information about our meeting rooms

If you book a conference, meeting or event with us, you can always cancel the event for free until four weeks before arrival. If cancel later than four weeks before arrival, the customer will reimburse the hotel with 75% of the value of the booking. If canceled later than two weeks before the group’s first day of arrival, the customer will reimburse the hotel with 100% of the value of the booking.

For food and drink, the number of participants can be adjusted completely until 11:00 three days before the start of the event. For accommodation in connection with a conference, the following applies:
Up to 14 days before arrival, up to five hotel rooms can be canceled free of charge. Until 18:00 the day before arrival, up to two hotel rooms can be canceled free of charge.

We are more than happy to welcome you in the evenings and on weekends. This can be a good alternative if you want to keep the meeting in privacy.

The customer can choose to book all participants themselves or we can reserve a certain number of rooms so the participants can call in and register if they want a hotel room. Here you can find all our room categories.

We offer free WiFi throughout the hotel and conference. Select the network called Freys Meetings. A pop-up appears where you can log in with your Facebook, Google or via phone number (only for Wifi on the phone). You can also choose to log in with a code – please ask if you need any assistance and we will be happy to help.

Most meeting rooms have standard windows with generous light, some of the rooms have skylights which also provide a nice light in the room.

The restaurant, Belgobaren Bakfickan, serves all food and beverages during the conference. Here you will enjoy well-prepared food with Belgian influences. 

Common allergies such as gluten and lactose or if someone wants a vegan or vegetarian alternative needs to be notified no later than three days before arrival. We need to know complicated allergies and any special diets no later than one week before arrival. Please contact us if you have any questions och requests.

We are proud and delighted to be a Green Key eco-labelled hotel. Green Key is an international eco-label specially designed for the tourism industry, and is run by Green Key Sweden.

Environmental responsibility is a key priority for us, encompassing all departments of the hotel. Through continuous information sharing and training, we contribute to a more sustainable world.

Good to know:

• All cleaning is done with regard for the environment. We reduce the use of detergents by cleaning with microfibre cloths and only use eco-labelled cleaning products.
• Naturally, we wash our bed linen with eco-labelled laundry detergents.
• All waste is separated at source. When discarding newspapers, please place them on the floor next to the waste bin.
• More than 80% of our lighting is low-energy.
• Shampoo/shower gel and soap are eco-labelled and the plastic bottles are recyclable.
• Guest laundry is performed by an eco-labelled laundry service.

• Follow the laundry guidelines for towels.
• Follow the guidelines for changing bed linen.
• Do not waste water.
• Switch the lights off when leaving the bathroom/hotel room.
• Don’t flush foreign objects such as sanitary towels, cotton wool, tampons etc. down the toilet. Please dispose of these items in the separate bin provided in the bathroom.

This year’s environmental goals include:

• A vegan alternative is introduced on the menu
• Our cloth bags are replaced by models made from recycled plastic and become more environmentally friendly
• Offering guests the option to offset their carbon footprint for their stay by CimateHero

The hotel is open every day 07:00–22:30. If you arrive at the hotel outside of these hours, please contact us for further information as you will need a code to get in.

If you’re planning to check out earlier than 07:00 on your day of departure, please come to reception the day before to pay. You can also order a breakfast bag if you’d like one. Remember to take your room key if you plan on returning to the hotel outside of hours. Our colleagues at Freys Hotel can be reached by phone outside of Lilla Rådmannen’s opening hours.

Guaranteed check-in is from 15:00. If you arrive before 15:00 and your room is not ready, we are happy to store your bags in our luggage room.
Check-out is 12:00. Subject to availability, late check-out at 14:00 can be arranged for SEK 250. Please contact reception the evening before if you would like a late check-out.

No, you need to have a confirmed reservation on arrival. Bookings are made directly with our room reservations or here on our site. The opening hours are, weekdays 8.00- 16.30. Please contact us on 08-506 214 00 or at reservations@freyshotels.com.

We accept most payment cards. Please contact reception on +46 (0)8-506 215 00 if you wish to confirm your card is accepted.

At the hotel we have the following TV-channels available;

Swedish TV channels: SVT1, SVT2, SVT24, TV4, Kanal 5, Sjuan, Kanal 9, Kanal 11, TV12 and Barn- och Kunskapskanalen

International TV channels: CNBC and Euronews

All televisions have a built-in Chromcast so you can easily stream what you would like to watch. Please contact the front desk, should you have any questions or requests.

We have a luggage room for guests to use free of charge. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any valuables stored in our luggage room.

No we don’t. However, you are welcome to order takeaway from the restaurant if you’d like to eat in your room.

All guests must be 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.

No, but as a guest at Hotel Lilla Rådmannen you have free access to the gym at Wasa Club. Please contact the reception at the hotel for more information.

Wasa Club is a nice leisure centre with a personal atmosphere, offering five squash courts, a large modern gym over two floors, and nice, clean changing rooms with a sauna. You can also book massage and a training session with personal trainer – which is paied direct to Wasa Club.

To make a booking for a squash court, please call +46 (0)8-30 32 25 or visit Wasa Club’s site. You can also send an email to reception@wasaclub.se. Racquets and squash balls are inlcuded when you book a squash court.

The leisure centre is always staffed. Wasa Club is just a stone’s throw from Hotel Lilla Rådmannen, on the street Kungstensgatan 44.

It is important to us that you can rest assured when giving us your personal data. On this page we outline how and why we use your data in our marketing activities. We collect personal data which you submit to us, e.g. in connection with booking, when you contact us or use our digital services.

Rådmansgatan is the closest station (on the Green line). We recommend disembarking towards the back of the train. If you have a lot or heavy bags, we recommend going right on Sveavägen and then onto Tegnérgatan. Carry on to Drottninggatan and take a right, and then take a left onto Rådmansgatan. There is a shorter route but it includes stone steps. For the shorter route go left out of the metro station and up the steps, and then carry straight on along Rådmansgatan until you get to Hotel Lilla Rådmannen.

What’s the easiest way to get to the hotel?
From Stockholm Central Station: On foot it’s easiest to walk along Vasagatan towards Norra Bantorget, into Upplandsgatan and then right onto Rådmansgatan. If you’re on public transport, take the metro Green line to Rådmansgatan

We have a hotel garage. The rate is SEK 350/night (from 15.00 to 12.00) and the garage is open 07:00–22:30. Please notice that there are limited spaces available, so advance phone or email booking is recommended. There is also street parking which is paid on weekdays 07:00–19:00 and Saturdays 11:00–17:00, and free at all other times.

Our breakfast buffet is served Monday–Friday 07:00–10:00 and Saturday–Sunday 07:30–10:30. If you would like an earlier breakfast, please notify reception the evening before.

Yes, the hotel restaurant is on the ground floor by reception. It is called Belgobaren Bakfickan. This is also where breakfast is served. We also have a lobby bar next to reception, which is open Tuesday–Saturday 17:00–22:00.
