At Freys Hotel Lilla Rådmannen, you can work with the door closed without any fixed monthly costs. We offer a 10-hour punch-card for offices or meeting rooms.

Terms and conditions

The offer can be booked no more than 14 days before arrival. It is valid at Hotel Lilla Rådmannen in the central Vasastan area of Stockholm, and at our sister establishment Freys Hotel in Stockholm city centre, just a few minutes’ walk from the Central Station and Arlanda Express terminal.

Spaces can be cancelled no later than 24 hours in advance, and the punch-card is valid for room booking by the hour.

Our conference facilities

The charming conference department at Freys Hotel Lilla Rådmannen offers nine unique conference rooms, and no two are the same. Our flexible rooms are designed to suit your agenda, and you enjoy complete privacy whether there are two or 40 people in your group. You can also book the entire 130 square metre conference floor and hold a meeting, event or function for up to 100 people in exclusive privacy.

Motivation

Motivation is a colourful room on an upper floor. Outside the meeting room is a light, welcoming lounge where refreshments are served during conference breaks.

Flexibility

Flexibility is a modern room that’s ideal for training sessions. Refreshments are served in the cosy lounge just outside.

Trust

For 6 people 11 sq

Trust is a perfect conference room for a small meeting. Snug, quiet and peaceful. If you have booked a larger conference with us, this room can also be used as a breakout room.

Success

A very popular meeting room on the ground floor, with windows looking onto the quiet Rådmansgatan. Refreshments are served during the day in the lounge just outside.

Purpose

A smaller conference room with a window into the conference lounge. The lounge is where you enjoy refreshments and mingle-breaks throughout the day. You can easily feel at home here.
